Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to the following postcode areas CV8, CV31, CV32, CV33, CV34 & CV35 within the UK. There is no additional charge for this. Deliveries will be made within two working days from date of order. If your delivery falls outside of this area please call us on 0800 3890523.

Returns Policy

We will accept returned items 14 days from the date of despatch. If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us either by phone on 01926 882282 or e-mail on enquiries@squab.co.uk.

Please send all returns to: Squab Storage, Squab Hall, Harbury Lane, Bishops Tachbrook, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV33 9QB. Please include your name, address, customer ID and the reason for return. We strongly recommend that you send back any items by recorded delivery and retain proof of posting. Squab Storage cannot be held responsible for any items not received.

All returned items must be unused. Squab Storage will refund any shipping costs if the items are found to be faulty. Any non-faulty items are to be returned at the customer’s expense.

In any event, Squab Storage’s sole liability and the user's sole remedy for any defective product(s) supplied under these Terms shall be the replacement by Squab Storage of the defective product(s). Squab Storage shall not be liable for economic or financial loss or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising.

You agree to indemnify and hold Squab Storage, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitor's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
