What are the minimum and maximum storage times?
There are no minimums or maximums - you are simply charged for each day you are in store.
How much notice do you require?
24 hours for depositing, collecting and accessing.
What if I need to access my crate urgently?
It is possible to access your crate with 4 hours notice, for a charge of £15 (+ VAT).
How secure are my goods whilst in store with you?
All our warehouses are fully alarmed and we have surveillance cameras across the site, running 24 hours/day. Your crates are deposited in your own loading bay which is securely locked when you finish and your crates are then moved in to our main warehouse.
Are there any discounts available?
We offer a 5% discount for 6 months payment in advance and 10% discount for 12 months.
